By submitting this petition, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms governing all events within the Storybook RP Event Planner:

1. Precedence. Academy & Story Events hold reserved slots. In any scheduling conflict, your booking may be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of the Event Team. You will be notified via Discord.

2. Multiple Events Per Day. Up to two player events may be scheduled within the same hour block on a first-come, first-served basis. Approval is not guaranteed if conflicts arise. The Event Team will adjudicate fairly.

3. In-Realm Rules. All participants and organizers agree to follow all in-realm rules established by the Storybook RP Event Planner. Violations may result in event cancellation and disciplinary action.

4. Advance Booking Limit. Events must be submitted at least 2 days in advance and no more than 30 days ahead. Submissions outside this window will not be reviewed.

4b. Duration Limit. Player events may not exceed 1 hour 30 minutes in length. Plan your gathering accordingly.

5. Event Team Review. All submissions are reviewed by the Event Team, who may approve, decline, or request modifications. Decisions are communicated via Discord within 48 hours where possible.

6. Organizer Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring your event proceeds in a respectful and realm-appropriate manner per server rules.

7. Cancellations. If you must cancel, notify the Event Team via Discord at least 24 hours in advance to release the slot.

I agree to follow all in-realm rules and understand that Event Guild and Academy Events take full precedence over my booking. I understand this submission is subject to Event Team review, that multiple events may share a day on a first-come basis, and that I may be asked to adjust timing if conflicts arise. I acknowledge the 30-day advance booking limit and will notify the Event Team via Discord with at least 24 hours' notice if I need to cancel.

Submit Your Event Poster

Include your event poster inside the Raven ticket. The Event Team will review and publish it for the realm to see.
